I met Klaus Otto (then 20) in London Pub, Oslo, on a rainy afternoon in August. He was barefoot, and when I commended him for being so brave, he told me he hadn't worn shoes since March! He is from southern Germany and stayed in my place for two days. We went for long barefoot walks in the Vigeland Park and the woodlands around Oslo, although the weather was as bad as in the rest of Northen Europe this summer. Before he left, he told me I could post his pictures in my website - even of his big feet (size 47 Eur). Klaus is a proof that you don't have to be born in Norway to be a viking...
